After leading the Banking & Finance department of CMS España since 2010 and being co-head of the Banking & Finance practice group of CMS globally since 2013, Abraham and his team left the firm in 2020 after 22 years to found LESAYRA together with Javier Leyva and Rafael Sanchez.



Abraham leads one of the most active transactional banking & finance teams in Spain, especially in restructuring and refinancing, real estate, project, acquisition, corporate, asset and commodity financing, as well as securitizations, acting for both lenders and borrowers in domestic and international transactions.
