Dr. Joyce Nilsson Orsini is a former president of the Board of Trustees of the W. Edwards Deming Institute, creator and former director of the Deming Scholars MBA program at Fordham University, where she taught, and has held numerous executive positions in the banking industry. She has worked as a statistician and consultant in quality and reliability management for manufacturers, public administrations and the service sector. He has published hundreds of articles, contributed to and edited several books, and received numerous awards for her work and writing.
